There has been a huge move by customers to online transactions during COVID19 and the evidence is showing that consumers are unlikely to fully revert back to offline shopping now that they have made the shift to online. Who would have thought that people would be purchasing everything from food to medicines to fitness services all online – especially in Ireland where we (used to) do some much shopping in the local shop.
